Join Beauty Facebook【Join Beauty x 拍🐷上 鬥快搶錢行動!】活動之條款及細則:

1. 「Join Beauty Facebook【Join Beauty x 拍🐷上   鬥快搶錢行動!】」(「活動」)由即日至 2019 年 2月 28日下午 11 時 59 分止 (香港時間)(「推廣期」)於職美有限公司之 Join Beauty Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/joinbeauty.hk)內舉行。

2. 任何有意參加此活動的人士必須年滿 18 歲、從事美容行業之人士、並已成為專頁的粉絲 (「參加者」),若任何人士未符合以上資格,其參加及/或得獎資格將會被取消。參加者須使用個人 Facebook 賬戶參加此活動,如並未持有個人 Facebook 賬戶則必須自行申請。

3. 參加者可於推廣期內根據專頁上之活動標題按指示講出一個有Join Beauty 幫手搵工的好處,並且留言tag三個從事美容行業之人士、讚好專頁以參加此活動。每位參加者於推廣期內只限參加本活動一次。於推廣期完結後,本行將從所有符合活動指示要求的參加者中,由該帖文中留言所顯示的頭20名答對的參加者而又滿足勝出三步曲的條件將可獲贈惠康超市現金卷券$50 (「獎品」)。

4. 得獎結果將於 2019年 3月 8 日於專頁內公布。得獎者必須於 2019年 3 月 22日或之前將其 Facebook 賬戶名稱、香港身份證英文全名、電郵地址及有WhatsApp的聯絡電話號碼,透過 Facebook 傳送訊息至Join Beauty專頁,以作通知領獎安排事宜及核實得獎者身份之用。得獎者資料一經提供不可修改,亦不可授權代領。

5. 本公司將於 2019年 3 月13日或之前發送至得獎者電話WhatsApp,並附隨獎品換領Whatsapp內容,得獎者須根據換領內容中的換領日期完結前,按照換領內容中的指示換領獎品。若得獎者未能於有效期前換領獎品,即表示其放棄領取獎品之權利,並將不會獲補發或授權代領獎品。

6. 參加者承諾及確認其於專頁所提供之留言為不可包涵誹謗性的、錯誤的、違法的、辱罵性的、 具侵 犯性的、令人不安的、侵害他人私隱的、帶有種族、宗教、性別歧視性的或猥褻性的內容。本公司有絕對權利即時從專頁移除有關留言並取消參加者參與本活動之資格。

7. 如參加者因於專頁提供留言而引致任何第三方有任何損失、損害、開支和費用(包括但不限於 法律 費用),參加者需獨自負責該第三方就其所承受的損失、損害、開支和費用而提出的索償 或要求。 就上述索償、損失、損害、開支和費用,參加者同意彌償本行並確保本公司無需承擔任何責任及損失。

8. 獎品不能轉讓,亦不可兌換現金。

9. 所有產品或服務資料、圖片或售價(如有)只供參考。

10. Facebook 賬戶名稱及參加者所提供之資料只作此活動及安排領獎之用,亦不會移轉予任何其他人士。若未能於指定期間內提供有關個人資料及/或所提供之資料有錯漏或不正確,以致本行未能通知領獎或核實得獎者身份,其得獎資格將被取消,本行概不負責,本行亦不會補發獎品。

11. 如參加者蓄意以空號、假賬戶或涉及任何舞弊或欺詐成分參加本活動,其參加及/或得獎資格將被 取消。本行保留取消參加者參加活動的資格及/或給予得獎者獎品及/或向得獎者追究法律責任之權利。

12. 任何人士於參加活動之同時,即代表已細閱並同意接受活動之條款及細則約束,如有違反,本公司有權取消其參加活動或得獎資格,並對任何破壞活動之行為保留追究權利。

 13. 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有延遲、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況, 本公司毋須負上任何責任。所有與活動有關之日期及時間 (包括但不限於留言上載之日期及時間、得 獎者回覆資料之日期及時間) 均以專頁的系統報告為準及受制於本行的最終決定。本公司毋須就遺失、 延遲或誤投,負上任何責任。

14. 參與舉辦本活動之有關人士(包括本公司職員),概不能參與本活動,以示公允。

15. 本公司就得獎者名單、參加活動/得獎資格及提供之獎品等保留最終決定權。
16. 是次活動不是抽獎活動,是必須滿足活動內容的條件下進行,而且須經由公司內部審核參加資格及活動得獎資格才可。

17. 本公司有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止活動。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

In accessing www.joinbeauty.com.hk, users agree that the content may only be downloaded for own personal non-commercial use.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, transmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, store (in any medium), adapt or change in any way content under the URL www.joinbeauty.com.hk for any other purpose whatsoever without prior written consent of Join Beauty Limited.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Access to and use of the content on web site www.joinbeauty.com.hk ("Web Site") are provided by Join Beauty Limited ("Company") and are subject to the following terms and conditions. You agree that the use of the Web Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date when you first use the Web Site. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes online and you are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions since they apply to you. Your continued use of the Web Site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes. The terms "you", "user" and "users" herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing and/or using the Web Site at any time for any reason or any purpose.


1.Web Site Use 

1.1The user agrees to use the Web Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Web Site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the Web Site.

1.2The user shall not use the Web Site to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

1.3The user shall not use the Web Site to transmit, publish, upload, post, circulate or store any material which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libellous or is otherwise offensive or objectionable.

1.4The user shall not use any tool, software or programme or act otherwise to disturb the normal operation of the server of the Web Site.

1.5The user shall not purposefully or deliberately overload the system of the Web Site.

1.6The user shall not transmit any computer virus or any damaging programme to the Web Site and to its members.

1.7Specific users - Job Seeker(s)

 (a)User(s) seeking employment on the Web Site ("Job Seeker(s)") agree to keep their Login name and password with care and not to disclose them to any other person. Job Seekers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and for any (authorised or unauthorised) use of the Login name and password. The Job Seekers agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of the same.

 (b)Job Seekers shall not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate resume information to the Web Site or the Company.

 (c)All information submitted by the Job Seekers to the Web Site must be legal, decent, non-discriminatory and truthful. The Job Seekers are solely responsible for the contents and material which they have submitted to the Web Site or the Company.

 (d)Job Seekers shall not respond to any employment opportunity for any reason other than to apply for the job advertised.

 (e)The resumes submitted by the Job Seekers are intended for the purpose of providing relevant information to users or advertisers ("Employers") in seeking employees.

 (f)The personal data submitted by the Job Seekers will be used for the purpose of assisting the Job Seekers to seek for appropriate employment with the Employers and recruiter members of the Web Site or the Company. Job Seekers do disclose their personal data to the Employers and/or recruiter member of the Web Site and the Company when they apply for job vacancies or enable their personal resume to be stored in the resume database of the Company, all of these are with the acknowledgement of the Job Seekers.

 (g)Any information submitted by the Job Seekers to the Web Site or the Company shall be subject to the Privacy Policy Statement of the Company.

 (h)Job Seekers accept that the personal data or information given to the Employers is given entirely at their own risk. The Company will not be responsible or liable in any case if any Employer shall use the Job Seekers' personal data for any use other than for seeking employees.

 (i)Job Seekers may send their resume directly to any Employer who advertises on or through the Web Site. Alternatively Job Seekers may send their resume to the Company through the Web Site in reply to any job advertisement. In such an event and subject to legal requirements, the Job Seekers' resumes will be retained on the Web Site for a predetermined period notwithstanding the deactivation of the service herein and, unless the Job Seeker requests to erase or delete it. Thereafter it will be stored in the Company's database at the Job Seeker's own risk.

 (j)Job Seeker may store his/her own resume in the database of the Company, but not allow it to be searchable by the Employers. In such an event, the Job Seeker can use his/her own resume to apply for a job online, but Employers and recruiters will not have access to it through the database of the Company.

 (k)If the Job Seeker joins the "candidate match" function and consents to disclose his/her resume to potential employers, then all Employers and recruiters who place their advertisement with the Company or who subscribe to the service of the Company will have access to his/her resume. The Company will not disclose the information about the Job Seeker to those employers and recruiters who cannot be identified. Personal data provided by the Job Seeker will be used strictly in accordance with the Company's Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy Statement which you can view at [Hyperlink with Privacy Notice].

 (l)The resume or personal data submitted by the Job Seeker is intended for the purpose of providing relevant information to the Employers in seeking employees.

 (m)The personal data submitted by the Job Seeker will be used for the purpose of assisting the Job Seeker to seek for appropriate employment with the Employers and recruiter members of the Web Site or the Company. Job Seekers disclose their personal data to the recruiter member of the Web Site and the Company when they apply for job vacancies or enable their personal resume to be stored in the resume database of the Company, all of these are with the acknowledgement of the Job Seekers.

 (n)Although the Company shall use its best endeavours to grant access to the database only to the Employers, hiring managers, headhunters, human resource professionals and internal authorised personnel of the Company, the Company does not warrant or guarantee that other parties will not, without the Company's consent, gain access to the database. Any Job Seeker may disable viewing of his/her own resume by employers at any time. However, the Job Seeker acknowledges that the Employers, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of the Job Seeker's resume in their own files or database. The Company is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any such parties while the resumes are in the database. 

 (o)If the Job Seeker joins the "candidate match" function but does not allow his/her resume to be searchable by the Employers, the Company will send the job details to the Job Seeker once there are job vacancies which meet the Job Seeker's requirements. In such an event, the resume of the Job Seeker will not be disclosed to employers offering these job vacancies. 

 (p)Job Seekers may send the job information on the Web Site to someone they know who needs such information in seeking employment but shall not use such information for other purposes and shall not abuse this function.

 (q)Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Job Seeker is entitled to access his/her own personal data (subject to prior confirmation of identity) kept with the Company and he/she may edit or amend such personal data at any time. Any request for access or correction can be made by sending the request in writing to the Company. Please refer to the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy Statement for details. Further or alternatively, the Job Seeker (subject to prior confirmation of identity) may directly edit or amend his/her personal data at any time in the Web Site by himself/herself. 

 

1.8Specific Uses - Employer

 (a)Upon payment of the service fee to the Company and/or upon other terms and conditions (if any) from time to time prescribed by the Company, the Employers will be entitled to use the Web Site to advertise job vacancies for a specific period. Employers will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement. The Company reserves the right to edit any advertisement as it sees fit.

 (b)Subject to the conditions or requirements as from time to time stipulated by the Company regarding the access of the Job Seekers' information, the Employers are entitled to access the Job Seekers' database maintained by the Company but agree that all information will only be used for the purpose of seeking potential employees and such information shall not be disclosed to any other parties without the prior consent of the Job Seeker concerned. 

 

1.9Specific Uses - Fresh Graduates

 (a)Users will be solely responsible for any content of speeches, messages and attachments (if applicable) they post to the "Open Forum" of the Web Site and any consequences arising therefrom. 

 (b)The theme of the articles, comments and/or contents which the users post to the "Open Forum" of the Web Site have to be in the nature of discussion, research or, expressing one's opinion. Defamation, vulgar and obscene language, are strictly prohibited. The content of any article cannot be soliciting goods and services, advertising or defamatory to others in nature. The Company reserves the right to edit or remove any material and content in "Open Forum" which are in breach of these terms and the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result thereof. 

 

2.Minors

If you are under the age of 18, or you are considered as a minor or not being capable of assuming legal responsibility, you are not allowed to use the Web Site if you might incur any legal obligations or liabilities in doing so. If you wish to view and access the Web Site, you should seek advice from your parents or guardians as to the meaning and consequences of these terms and conditions. The Company presumes that every user of the Web Site is of legal age. The Company is not obliged to verify your age but in the event it is discovered that any user of the Web Site is not of legal age, the Company reserves the right as may be available against such users, or the parents or guardians of such users, including the right to terminate access to the Web Site.


3.Warranties and Liability

3.1The Web Site and the information provided therein are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.2The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, availability of featured products or services, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. 

3.3The Company makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the materials, contents or information on the Web Site.

3.4The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of the Web site or for the deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. 

3.5The Company does not warrant that the Web site is or will be at any time error-free, that the Web site and its server is or will be at any time free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms, that any defects will be corrected, or that the operation of the Web Site will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. If your use of the Web Site, the merchandise or the materials results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, the Company is not responsible for those costs. 

3.6All users use the Company's Web Site and any other web sites accessed through it, at entirely their own risk. All users are responsible for their own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any of the communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Any reliance by users on materials posted by other users will be at their own risk. The Company reserves the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to the Company's Web Site, at any time for breaching this Agreement or violating the law and also reserves the right to remove any message or material from the Web Site that, in its sole discretion, the Company deems unacceptable, abusive, illegal or disruptive.

3.7The Company's Web Site may contain links to third-party web sites. These are provided solely as a convenience to the user and not in any way as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such third-party web sites. If any user accesses any linked third-party web site, they do so entirely at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for the content of any third-party web site linked to its web site and does not make any representations or warranties regarding the contents or accuracy of materials on such third-party web sites. Further, any materials or details posted in the Company Web Site by any user may be viewed by users of other web sites linked to the Company's Web Site and the Company will not be responsible for any improper use by any user or third party from linked third-party web sites of any data or materials posted on the Company's Web Site.

3.8In no event shall the Company, or any third parties mentioned on the Web Site assume responsibility or be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any damages or injury whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Web Site, the merchandise and the materials, or any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, interception of online communication, software or hardware problems (including without limitation loss of data or compatibility problems), theft, destruction or alteration of the Web Site, whether for breach of contract, illegal behavior, negligence or, under any other cause of action resulting directly or indirectly from any use of the Web Site, or any uploading, downloading or publication of data, text, image or other material or information to or from the Web Site and whether or not the Company is advised of the possibility of such damages. 


4.Indemnity

 All users agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses or damages arising from or resulting from their use of the Company's Web Site or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.


5.Dealings with Advertisers

 Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Web Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that the Company is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of the advertisers on the Web Site.


6.Dealings with Other Users 

6.1Although the Company uses its best endeavors to provide an impartial job seeking and recruitment service, and represents a medium supporting information exchanged between the employers and employees, the Company will not be involved in the dealings between the Job Seeker and the Employer and the Company will not be responsible for the quality, security and legitimacy of the recruitment service.

6.2The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the information and/or the resume provided by the Job Seeker and of the recruitment advertisements provided by the Employers.

6.3The Company will not be responsible for whether the Employers will be able to pay the relevant salary or the Job Seeker will be competent to do the job.

6.4Should any dispute arise between the Employers and the Job Seekers, they should resolve this on their own and the Company will not be responsible for any dispute. 


7.Termination

7.1If any information provided by the user is inaccurate, in breach of laws or contains indecent elements, the Company will instantly abrogate the user's account without notice and the company reserves the right to take such action as the Company considers appropriate, desirable or necessary including but not limited to taking legal action against such user. 

7.2The Company reserves the right at all times to immediately terminate or suspend user's account or user's access to the Web Site or the services provided by the Company without notice where the Company is of the opinion that the user has breached any of the terms contained in this agreement or to take further action as the Company considers appropriate, desirable or necessary.

7.3The Company reserves the final right and absolute discretion to decide whether the user and/or the Job Seekers and/or Employers have breached any terms of this agreement.


8.General

8.1If any one or more of these Terms and Conditions, or their application in any circumstance, is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, the validity, legality and enforceability of that term or condition in any other respect and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be impaired.

8.2No failure or delay on our part to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions is to be construed or operate as a waiver, nor does any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy by us preclude the further exercise of that right or remedy by us.

8.3We may assign at any time any or all of the rights and obligations contained in these terms and conditions to any party.

8.4If there is any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

8.5These terms and conditions and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the Company's Web Site shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and both you and the Company agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
