Our Client is one of the leading skincare and beauty groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their aggressive growth and expansion, they are inviting high caliber individuals to join the fast growth team:
職責:
- Deliver professional customer service through answering phone call and email
- Warm call to potential clients for sharing updates products information
- Answer inquiries and complaints from customers promptly and follow-up appropriately
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients to achieve target sale
入職要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 具1年或以上客戶服務員 (Warm Call / Cold Call)相關經驗
- 細心、有責任心、有耐性
福利:
- 9小時工作時間 (包1小時食飯時間)
- 每月6日例假 (另放勞工假)
- 逢星期日休息
- 月薪 $13,000 – $14,000 (視乎工作經驗及糧單而定)
- 另加成功call 客到店獎金$30/$50一個
上班時間及其他資料:
- 星期一至六 返10:00 – 19:00
- 辦公室工作
- 工作地點：荃灣西
- 面見時間：星期一至五, 12:00 – 17:00
- 面見地點：荃灣西 (必須提早15-20分鐘到場填表)
